Facilities and Services

Facilities Management is responsible for all activities related to the College's maintenance, operations and development.

Our services include:

• Ground Maintenance-Grassed and planted areas, trees, roads and parking lots, snow removal and environment control;
• Management of Campus Utilities-Heating and air, electricity and water;
• Renovations and Construction Management- Planning, design, construction, remodeling, renovation and disposition of buildings;
• Building Maintenance- Routine repairs, roof, walls, plumbing, doors and locks and lighting;
• Safety and Security-Safety and security of all members of the College community and College assets, parking services and occupational health and safety matters;
• Office Services- Document management (printing and paper distribution), mail services, receiving and distribution of mail, printing, paper, library materials, C.E. materials, I.T. goods and general deliveries, shredding and office supply services;
• Custodial Operations - General cleaning, moving and deliveries and recycling.
