Completing Your Passport

Established as Toronto's first public college in 1966, Centennial College offers programs in business, communications, community and health studies, science and engineering technology, general arts, hospitality and transportation.

Submit your completed proof of completion package to the Student Life Office where it will be reviewed.

Our Student Life Office will then contact you to let you know if you have met all of the eligibility requirements. If you have not met all of the eligibility requirements you will be invited to meet with the program coordinator to discuss missing criteria. Once your passport is approved our Student Life Office will submit confirmation of your eligibility for the Distinction in Leadership to the Student Records Office and have the achievement noted on the your transcript.

Your Distinction in Leadership recognition document will then be produced and mailed to your permanent address.
