Established as Toronto's first public college in 1966, Centennial College offers programs in business, communications, community and health studies, science and engineering technology, general arts, hospitality and transportation.
Submit your completed Passport to the Student Advising Office, Enrolment Services or the Student Transitions Office.
Our Student Transitions Office will review your Passport for completion and eligibility requirements.
Our Student Transitions Office will then contact you to let you know if you have met all of the eligibility requirements. If you have not met all of the eligibility requirements you will be invited to meet with an Advisor to discuss missing criteria.
Once your passport is approved our Student Transitions Office will submit confirmation of your eligibility for the dual credential in leadership to the Student Records Office.
Student Records will enter the dual credential into your student records and produce your Statement of Recognition to be awarded to you at Graduation.
