Assessment and Testing

1. CAAT Testing (Canadian Adult Achievement Test) - Areas Include: Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, Spelling, Number Operations, Problem Solving, Mechanical Reasoning, Language and Science.
2. Microsoft Office Computer Skills Assessment Testing - test your existing or potential employees' computer skills in the following applications: Word, Excel,Access, PowerPoint, Windows and the Internet.
3. French Language Assessment Testing - determine or test the level of French of existing employees, and or potential employees.
4. Personality Assessment Testing - insight gained through personality assessments can help managers identify their employee's abilities, motivations and growth opportunities.  Understanding individual differences and behavioural styles benefits personal and professional relationships by improving communication skills and helping to reduce workplace conflict.

NEW  - WHMIS - It's The Law!!  - our WHMIS Training is an on-line 7 piece module program, allowing participants to complete the sections at their convenience.  30 days will be given to complete the training however the average completion time is 5 hours total.  Employees will be required to pass an on-line test after all modules are complete, and receive a wallet sized certificate.  

Under routine supervision, Corporate Trainers are responsible for coordinating and implementing various programs for a specific organization. Along with the passion and skills to teach adults, Corporate Trainers should also understand the business needs and be flexible, think out of the box using creative thinking to get the job done. Corporate Trainers should also have the initiative to exceed client expectations.
