Food Science Technology 3620

The Food Science Technology program integrates and applies knowledge within the disciplines of chemistry, engineering, biology, and nutrition to preserve, process, package, and distribute foods that are healthy, affordable, desirable, and safe to eat.

Eligibility

• Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, or mature student status (19 years or older)

Academic Requirements

• English Grade 12 C or U, or equivalent, or skills assessment.
• Math Grade 11 M or U or Grade 12 C or U, or equivalent, or skills assessment
