Established as Toronto's first public college in 1966, Centennial College offers programs in business, communications, community and health studies, science and engineering technology, general arts, hospitality and transportation.
 

All Applicants must

  • Submit academic records directly to ontariocolleges.ca. Do not send documents to Centennial College.
  • Records (transcripts) must be originals or certified true copies
  • Include your application number on all documents that you are mailing to ontariocolleges.ca
  • Unless transmitted electronically by the issuing institution, documents must be mailed to ontariocolleges.ca
    (faxes and emailed copies from applicants are not accepted)

Ontario High School Students and Graduates
If you are currently attending high school in Ontario let your guidance office know that you will be applying to college, and they will send your grades directly to ontariocolleges.ca.

Please Note: If you are attending night school, summer school or taking correspondence courses, you are responsible for mailing proof of registration and all subsequent interim reports and final transcripts for your courses to ontariocolleges.ca. Remember to write your application number on all documents submitted to ontariocolleges.ca. f

If you have graduated high school in Ontario, there are two possible ways to get your transcripts:

  1. order one online at ontariocolleges.ca if your high school is listed
  2. if your school is not listed, please obtain an official transcript from the last high school you attended (or School Board office) and send it to ontariocolleges.ca. 

Ontario College/University Students and Graduates
If you are currently attending or have attended an Ontario college or university in the past, you must request your interim and final transcripts online through the My Transcript Request option on the main menu of your ontariocolleges.ca application. Fees may apply.

Out-of-province students (outside of Ontario - within Canada)
If you have graduated from a high school college or university outside of Ontario, it is your responsibility to contact your school and request that your transcripts be forwarded to ontariocolleges.ca you. Fees may apply.

If you are currently attending a high school, night school, college or taking correspondence courses outside of Ontario, your are responsible for mailing proof of registration in your program or course to ontariocolleges.ca. You must also request that your school submit all subsequent interim reports and final transcripts for your courses. Fees may apply.

Internationally trained applicants (attended school outside of Canada)
As of October 4, 2010 - If you are submitting international education documents for admission to college, you will need to have your documents assessed by an independent credential assessment agency such as World Education Services (WES) or International Credential Assessment Service (ICAS). There will be a fee for your assessment.

If you already have a Credential Assessment Report issued by World Education Services (WES) or International Credential Assessment Service (ICAS), contact the agency to see if the report can be sent to ontariocolleges.ca. You should also contact Centennial College Admissions admissions@centennialcollege.ca to confirm if the information in the report is sufficient for the admission to your program(s) of choice.

If you do not have an Credential Assessment Report: Contact us at admissions@centennialcollege.ca to confirm what type of Credential Assessment Report is required. We may require a high school and/or a postsecondary report. For admission to some programs we will need a course-by-course evaluation.

To obtain a Credential Assessment Report visit either ICAS http://www.icascanada.ca/ocas or WES http://www.wes.org/ca/application/apply_now.asp for information about obtaining a report and having it transmitted to colleges.

Additional information is also available at ontariocolleges.caOntariocolleges.ca will also required a photocopy of your Record of Landing or other immigration document that shows proof of your residency status.

Centennial Student applying for a program transfer within Centennial
Centennial Students applying to begin semester one of a new program must meet all admission requirements for the new program. In some cases, we will need you to submit credentials that were not needed for your original programs.

  • You should submit documents to the attention of: Centennial College Admissions – Progress Campus.
  • Transcripts must be original official transcripts in a sealed envelope from the issuing institution. International credential evaluations must be original official documents from a recognized evaluation agency.
