Under the following circumstances students seeking readmission should visit enrolment services at any campus

• Previously attended Centennial College and wish to be re-admitted into the first semester (semester one) of your previous program;
• Would like to transfer into semester one of another program.

Admission/Readmission to semester one for current students is subject to:

• Applicable equal consideration deadlines (ie: February 1 for Fall programs)
• Review of current academic standing. Current students who are on Academic Suspension or Probation will need approval from receiving program Academic Advisor/Coordinator. 

Should you seek readmission into semester two or higher of any program, you must apply using the Application for Re-Admit or Transfer form. Re-admission must be approved by the receiving program Academic Advisor/Coordinator.
