Established as Toronto's first public college in 1966, Centennial College offers programs in business, communications, community and health studies, science and engineering technology, general arts, hospitality and transportation.

Centennial College's Employment Ontario, Employment Services program offers a wide range of employment services to youth, adults and new immigrants living in the Scarborough area. If you are unemployed, not attending school or exploring your career options, Employment Ontario Employment Services can help you set a career path. Funded by the government of Ontario's
Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities, this free program features several service options to meet your employment needs. We will work with participants until they find a job. Participants may be eligible for reimbursement of costs related to training, such as tools, TTC travel, specialized training and other needed items.

Employment services include the following:
-One-to-one employment coaching
-Resumé and cover letter preparation
-Assistance with job search and interview preparation
-Possible referral to paid job placements

Job training services include the following:
-Access to paid job training
-Access to work experience to develop required skills in your area of interest
-Access to trades and apprenticeships
