On June 7th, 2010, the Institute and the Scholars-at-Risk network presented a panel at the Association of Canadian Community Colleges on "Scholars at risk: Partnering with Canadian Community Colleges to defend threatened scholars"

The Institute's latest Visiting Scholar was Clement Jumbe, who was part of the Institute's team from November 2010 to the end of August 2011.  Clement is now an instructor with the School of Advancement at Centennial College.
