Winner of the Centre of Entrepreneurship Most Innovative Award
This award is presented to a highly successful business from the Ontario Self-Employment Benefit (OSEB) Program and it is based on an evaluation of areas such as; 

• successful development of a creative concept or product, 
• ability to turn this creative idea into a successful business, and
• ability to sustain and grow an enterprise over time.

Elsie Bordynuik, owner of 5Paws Art Studio launched her company in August 2004, after completing her training in the OSEB program - Intake #46.

Elsie's art is a unique interpretation of wildlife and Aboriginal life and culture that has recently inspired a film producer to offer 5Paws the opportunity to develop one of her art pieces into a children's television series. She is also in the process of writing a children's book which already has publishers and distributors lined up.
