Winner of the Centre of Entrepreneurship Best Overall Performance Award
This award is presented to a highly successful business from the Ontario Self-Employment Benefit (OSEB) Program and it is based on an evaluation of areas such as; 

• business development activities and results, 
• business and management skills, and
• ability to sustain and grow an enterprise over time.

Mary Fragedakis, owner of OpenDialogue Inc. started her company in June 2004, after completing her training in the OSEB program - Intake #53.

OpenDialogue specializes in "developing and marketing quality conferences and events that provide senior executives and professionals with current, practical and unbiased information that can be applied to their ongoing responsibilities".

Successful conferences include Marketing to Women, Multicultural Marketing and will include the 2nd Annual Green Marketing conference coming up October 22-23.
