Photos
Friends and family may take your picture under one of the decorated arbours outside the Convocation Hall and in front of the Student Centre in our new Alumni Courtyard. Graduation gowns must not leave the courtyard area and have to be returned 30 mins following your ceremony.

Graduation Portrait Photography is available throughout the year and is organized by the CCSAI. Visit the CCSAI Office on your campus for more details on when photos will be taken each semester. Click here if you want to book a sitting prior to convocation. If you missed taking your photo during the year a professional photographer will offer traditional portrait service in the Student Centre during Convocation, a sitting fee of $10 is payable at time of photograph.

GradImages Canada Ltd. will be taking photos of each graduate as they cross the stage. Grad Images will mail proofs of convocation photos to each graduate following the ceremony, free of charge, with the option of purchasing (no obligation). The proofs come with a secure customer number that graduates may use to view their photos online at the Grad Images webpage (via the "view and order form" link ). Graduates who do not want their photo proof to be sent can opt out on your gowning card and you will not receive a photo proof following Convocation.

Convocation DVDs are available for purchase through our DVD vendor, AVTEL. Graduates can order a convocation DVD following each ceremony in the Student Centre, West Lounge.
