School of Hospitality, Tourism, and Culture
Centennial's newest School provides hands-on world class experience in all aspects of the hospitality industry. Working at Centennial's campus restaurant and conference center, students study kitchen management, events organization, vacation planning and more. Launched in 2007 the Culture and Heritage Institute brings together global leaders in the fields of heritage and tourism, allowing students to learn about maintaining and promoting heritage sites. |
School of Transportation
Canada's largest transportation training school has more than $30 million in aircraft, vehicles and equipment on hand as well as a fully equipped hangar. A leading educator and trainer of automotive and aviation professionals, over 2,300 participate in apprenticeship programs, which have been developed with major automotive producers, service specialists and transportation giants. |
School of Business

School of Engineering Technology and Applied Science
Centennial College's engineering technology and applied science students have the choice of one, two or three-year post-secondary programs that lead to certificates and diplomas. In addition, they have an opportunity to receive a new and unique degree in computer and communication networks. They benefit from hands-on-practice, spending 60% of their time in leading-edge lab facilities. |
School of Advancement
