The IT/Electronics Engineering Technology Networking Event was a success. Forty eager IT and Electronics students participated in the event to gain valuable career information from employers from IBM, CTV, Sponelab Interactive, Citrix Systems, NexJ Systems, and Brosz and Associates.  The session was held on Thursday, December 3, 2009 at the HP Science & Technology Centre, and was organized by the Co-op Education & Employment Resources department.

On November 19, 2009, the Co-op Education and Employment Resources department hosted its second annual Architectural Technology Networking Event at the HP Science & Technology Centre. The employer panel consisted of representatives from 7 architectural firms: Hunt Design Associates Inc.; Kongats Architects; raw design inc.; Baird Sampson Neuert Architects Inc.; Cassidy & Co. Architectural Technologies Inc.; CS & P Architects; and Romanov Romanov Architects. The 40-person classroom was filled with students, faculty and staff. It was a great opportunity for our students to network with and learn from potential employers in their field, not to mention for employers to promote their organizations, as well as recruit potential employees.
