The College Student Retention Program (CSRP) provides additional career incentives to those full-time college or university students who traditionally leave our company at the end of the summer or seasonal periods to return to school.

Participation in CSRP will enable employees who are eligible for this program to retain their original hire dates and keep their accumulated hours toward their next increase. In short, if a student is with us for four years while attending college on a full-time basis, they will accumulate four years of seniority and a wage commensurate with their total of accumulated hours worked. Also, on a voluntary basis, participants may work a maximum of 15 hours on weekends, during the school year.

We believe this will help build company loyalty and encourage them to make their careers with us after graduation.
