Early Childhood Resource Consultant (Special Needs) This is a part time, post-diploma graduate certificate program for Early Childhood Educators who want to learn the essential skills required to promote the inclusion of children with special needs in the child care community. Upon successful completion, graduates will qualify as Resource Teachers and/or Resource Consultants under the Day Nurseries Act. Applicants must have an Early Childhood Education Diploma from an Ontario college or a letter of equivalency from the AECEO.
To maximize your potential for success in this program, applicants should possess the following skills and experience: • ECE experience in the child care field • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Computer skills (to produce professional reports)

Early Childhood Administration (Online) This is a graduate certificate program for early childhood educators who want the essential supervisory, administrative and management skills to advance their careers. Courses are designed to help graduates meet the Occupational Standards for Child Care Administrators developed through the Child Care Human Resources Sector Council. |
