Health and Wellness
Medical Esthetic Practitioner
This program allows RN/RPNs to develop skills needed to perform facial esthetic services in medical spas.  It combines up-to-date theoretical knowledge combined with advanced clinical component.  This program addresses trends and the explosion of medical-esthetic industry.
Community Paramedicine
Community based paramedicine is a public service rendered to community members who require assessment, treatment and management for low acuity medical problems and everyday wellbeing.
Pharmacy Technician Bridging
This program has been designed to assist pharmacy technicians currently working in the profession to meet new regulatory requirements and expanded practice capabilities within the Health Systems Improvement Act, 2007.

Sterile Supply Processing
This 300-hour certificate program prepares individuals to work in Central Service departments in hospitals and clinics. You will learn the theory and principles of microbiology, infection control, instrument preparation, packaging and sterilization. You are expected to be able to routinely lift heavy items.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a holistic healing art which, naturally and without drugs, stimulates every part, gland and organ in the body. By applying pressure to the reflexes in the feet and hands, tension is released, circulation is improved, and the body is assisted in regaining its state of harmony and balance.

Bridging to University ParamedicThis comprehensive program is designed to provide applicants eligibility for admission to the Joint Paramedicine Bachelor of Science Degree program offered by Centennial College and the University of Toronto.

Activation Techniques Gerontology
This post-graduate program prepares you for employment in an activation role with the elderly in a variety of long-term care settings. Learn how to assist the multidisciplinary team in achieving optimal physical, mental, social and spiritual functioning in the elderly through the design and implementation of individual and group activity programs.
Introduction to Human Body Systems
This course is designed to provide understanding of the fundamental organization of the Body – from the cellular level to each individual system, to eventually how the body functions as a whole. This course may be used as one science credit to the RPN program. Passing grade is 70%.
Infection Control
This course is approved by the CHICA-Canada (Community and Hospital Infection Control Association of Canada) for newly appointed Infection Control personnel. Students will learn the planning, implementation, management and evaluation of the infection, prevention and control program.
Infection Prevention and Control Practicum
Centennial College has developed a graduate level course providing accessible, relevant learning opportunities for students who wish to specialize in infection prevention and control. Designed to give students supervised practical application to improve assessment, problem solving and decision making skills in a controlled clinical environment.
