Operating Room
The RPN perioperative nursing program will prepare a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to function effectively in an entry level scrub nurse role within an operating room. Students will receive classroom theory, hands on practical lab and a clinical placement in either a teaching or community hospital. |

CTAS (The Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale)
The five-level Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale has emerged as a more effective tool in triaging patients and performing rapid patient assessment. This six-week online course consists of content texts, case studies of patient simulations, and individual and group learning activities.
