Soup, Salad and Appetizers

Black Bean Soup
Garnished with coriander dip and fresh salsa.

Poached Pear on Frisee and Baby Greens
Fresh greens tossed in a light balsamic dressing and topped with blue cheese, walnuts and poached pear.

Stuffed Artichoke Bottoms
Filled with spinach and herb cream cheese. Served on a carrot-dill puree.

Moo Shu Crepes
Chinese style shredded chicken with napa cabbage, vegetables and hoisin sauce.

Main Courses

Please select one of the following:

Grilled Vegetable Tower
Grilled vegetables and mozarella cheese on beet horseradish, mashed potatoes. Accompanied with a fine herb sauce.

Chicken Breast Piedmontaise
Oven-roasted chicken breast filled with spinach, pine nuts and pimentos. Served with marsala sauce, vegetables and potatoes.

Salmon Strudel
Salmon, mushroom, ginger and spinach baked in a puff pastry. Served with beet horseradish, mashed potatoes and vegetables.

Moroccan Lamb Duet
Grilled lamb chop and spicy lamb Merguez sausage. Served with couscous and root vegetables.

A delicious selection of freshly baked treats. Pina Colada panna cotta, lemon tart and chocolate biscotti.
