If you are entering the program directly from high school, the preparatory program may include 30 weeks (or longer) of English-language study at the Chinese partner institution, followed by three weeks at Centennial College. After attaining the English entrance requirement, you will then study your subject area for two years (four semesters, 60 weeks in total) at Centennial College. If you are entering the program from college or university, the preparatory program may include 60 weeks (four semesters) of selected program study. After completing the preparatory program and attaining the English entrance requirement, you can study your chosen subject area at Centennial College for no less than two semesters (30 weeks) in order to complete your program of study. Learning takes place in a Canadian college environment. You will participate in classes with Canadian students and be taught by Centennial College faculty in the College's well-equipped, up-to-date classrooms and lab facilities. If you are applying to our International Transfer Programs and you have not been enrolled at one of our selected partnership schools you must have completed at least two semesters of post secondary education at a College or University outside of Canada.

A Canadian college diploma is awarded to if you successfully complete all stages of the program. You students may be able to continue your stay in Canada and are eligible to apply for a one year work permit. College staff will assist you in your job search with advice and guidance. However, it is your responsibility to find and apply for the job and to apply for a Canadian work permit. You may also choose to continue their education at one of our partner universities (that grant credit for studies completed at Centennial College) or another Canadian university. Tianfu College of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE) Centennial College in partnership with Tianfu College of SWUFE since 2006 provides a pathway for the students who wish to earn a Canadian diploma or degree in business programs. The business programs include Accounting; Marketing; International Business; Business Operation and Human Resources. Some of graduates have completed diplomas in Centennial College with good academic standing and are now studying forward a degree in highly-reputed universities in Canada, and some are working in the business related fields. After graduation from SPS the students can transfer to Centennial College for diploma completion. Upon Completion, graduates will be able to work in their chosen fields in Canada. Many graduates have completed diplomas in Centennial College with good academic standing and are now completing degrees in highly-reputed universities in Canada. Students who complete diploma programs in China can access Centennial to study one year for a Canadian College diploma. The joint program students will have a chance to study in China. Centennial College has been in partnership with Jiangsu Education Services for International Exchange has signed a 5 year training agreement in 2008. The training focuses on teaching methodologies for Vocational and College professors and administrators. An average of 350 teachers each year is expected to flow through this project. There are 11 colleges currently involving into this "Top-Up" pathway program. Successful Students can enroll in PN program at Centennial for diploma completion. The first group of students will be coming to Canada in Sept. 2010.
