Important Notice – Student ID Cards

Your health card, library card and student photo ID card are considered your personal property and can only be used by the student whose name and student number is on the card. You should never lend these cards to anyone, even your friends. Misuse and misrepresentation of a person’s identity through the use of a health card, library card and student photo ID card that belongs to someone else is illegal and can lead to serious consequences for both individuals. It is illegal.

If you have lost any of your cards or if a card has been stolen, immediately see your international student advisor at your campus to arrange for a replacement.

Important Information Regarding Travelling While You Study at Centennial

If you are considering travelling while you are studying at Centennial, it is important that you know all the steps you need to follow.

Inviting Graduation Guests from Home

If your family or friends want to visit you in Canada for either your convocation or just a vacation, they will need to apply for a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV). This application can be completed at the Canadian Embassy, Consulate, Visa Office or High commission office closest to where they live (if they are from a country which requires a TRV to enter Canada). The College has its own International Education Office, located at the Progress campus, C-Building on the second floor right beside the Student HUB. As well, we have international advisors located at each campus to assist you with information and advice during your stay at Centennial.
