- In order to obtain Centennial College Photo ID you must have proof of registration (payment receipt or a timetable - a printout or electronic copy will be accepted as long as it is directly from myCentennial and we are able to view your name and student number at the top) and valid photo Identification with you. Staff cannot look this up for you. You must have it or you will be turned away.
- CCC campus sessions are for CCC students only. Students from the CCC campus should obtain their photo ID at the CCC campus only. All other students are welcome to attend sessions at any other campus.
- Centennial College course outlines and exam policy state “Students are obliged to produce official photo identification at any time during the semester when requested to do so by any professor (the official piece is the Centennial Student Card).” Resources are not available to accommodate students at times other than those that are published on the Student Photo ID Hours of Service Schedule. Please ensure that you obtain your Centennial College Student Card at one of the published sessions listed above.
- Students should note that there is a $12.00 replacement fee for lost cards and a $15.00 initial charge for Continuing Education and Apprenticeship students. This fee must be paid prior to obtaining your card.
- Students are encouraged to have their photo ID validated each semester. Please see staff at the Photo ID sessions or in the Enrolment Services Office to get yours. Proof of registration will be required.
