The Big Pitch Environmental Forum, April 6

In an effort to learn what you can accomplish on campus and in the community, you are invited to attend this one-time original event at the HP Campus. Faculty members and representatives from the Environmental Students Society of Centennial College will discuss achievable solutions to make the school and community more environmentally friendly.
Topics include: - How to compost waste food that would otherwise end up in the garbage
- Where to recycle milk cartons and coffee cups
- Which types of paper and cardboard can be recycled
- New and innovative ideas to make the college run more efficiently while being more environmentally sound
- Ideas for retrofits of lights and electrical outlets, along with suggestions to make the school power supply run on geothermal energy and solar panels
When: Monday, April 6 from 11 am to 3 pm. Where: Main Events Hall - HP Campus
