Most online courses are delivered through option: 1. ALL OntarioLearn Courses. However, certain courses are offered on separate servers; which may result in multiple login IDs. If you are registered in multiple courses, please ensure that you are logging in through the appropriate delivery method.

If your course is delivered through Platform #1 (Ontario Learn course), the following apply:

Your username/user ID consists of these elements:

• Two-digit registering college code ("cl" for Centennial College)
• Dash "-" (not underscore)
• First three characters of your first name
• Your last name (a maximum of 15 characters including the dash and "cl")

Example:
Student Name: Jane Doe
Register College: Centennial
User ID: cl-jandoe

Your initial password: newone
(Please ensure you change your password once you have successfully logged on the first time)

If your course is delivered through Platform #2 (Centennial course), the following apply:

• Your username is your Student Number.
• Your passwordis your date of birth in the YYYYMMDD (Please ensure you change your password once you have successfully logged on the first time)

If your course is delivered through Platform #3 (Project Management course), the following apply:

Your username/user ID consists of these elements:

• Two-digit registering college code ("cl" for Centennial College)
