About Centennial
Established as Toronto's first public college in 1966, Centennial College offers programs in business, communications, community and health studies, science and engineering technology, general arts, hospitality and transportation.
 

This program is offered part-time to those who wish to pursue a career in the Food Service Industry.  It provides you with the practical techniques and communication skills required to make you well-suited for a position in this growing field. Topics include the fundamentals of quantity food preparation (including practical aspects), service, nutrition and sanitation practices amongst others.

This Certificate program will provide you with the knowledge required for you to seek a successful career in Food Service. 

Courses are offered in a variety of delivery modes: in-class, off-site, fast-track, continuous intake and Distance Learning (on-line).
