The course is designed to prepare you for the written and oral exam process required by the Canadian Professional Sales Association to earn the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation.

Topics include: self-management skills such as time management: setting goals and managing stress; tactical selling skills - the selling process; and strategic selling skills - time and territory management and account management.
