DRIVING INSTRUCTOR TRAINING
To obtain a driving instructor's licence in Ontario, you must successfully complete a Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO)-approved training course. Our course includes First Aid/CPR training, Defensive Driving course and the Highway Traffic Act course. Training is offered over two sessions. To qualify for a licence, both sessions must be successfully completed within one year consecutively, or you will have to re-enrol in CEDI-808 Part 1. CEDI-808: Driving Instructor Training -PART 1 CEDI-809: Driving Instructor Training -PART 2 DRIVING INSTRUCTOR IN-CLASSROOM CERTIFICATE This two-part course will certify a driving instructor to deliver in-class training to students enrolled in Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO) accredited 25- and 10-hour driver training courses. You will learn techniques of instruction, tips on marketing and operating your own driving school and business ethics. Workbooks and practical are included.
