Admission Procedures

Apply Online

Apply at ontariocolleges.ca. Applications must be accompanied with the $95 non-refundable application fee (payable by credit card, certified cheque or money order). Direct payment or online banking is available.

Application guidelines: 

  • All applications must be submitted directly to ontariocolleges.ca.
  • Applications will be equally considered if received on or before February 1st. Any application after the date will be considered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • For January admissions, offers of admission will be issued beginning in June.
  • For May admissions, offers of admission will be issued beginning in January.
  • Centennial College accepts applications for admission up to the 5th day of class for a semester as long as there are seats available in the program for the semester.
  • Ontariocolleges.ca will be accepting applications for all semesters of the next academic year in late October to early November of the previous year.

Note: If you are a student applying through the "Second Career Strategy" with only one program, please apply through the Employment Training Centre for Second Career. Second Career Strategy is a funding initiative for those who have been laid-off and are in need of training.

 

Submit Documents

Are you currently attending an Ontario Secondary School?
Your secondary school will forward transcripts to Centennial College via ontariocollges.ca. No other document submissions are required.

Not currently attending an Ontario Secondary School? 
You must send official copies of your documents through ontariocolleges.ca. Do not send copies directly to Centennial College.

 

Confirm Acceptance

Log on to ontariocolleges.ca and confirm your acceptance. Accept only one college and one program offer at a time.  To hold your place in the program, your acceptance of this offer must be received by the "Deadline to Confirm" date noted in your Offer of Admission letter.

 

Fees Statement and Payment

Once you have confirmed your offer of admission, you will receive your fees statement. Complete fee payment instructions and access information to myCentennial (Centennial's online student guide) will be provided. More info...

  • Fall enrolment: Fee statements are issued in June.
  • January enrolment: fee statements are issued in late September/early October.
  • May enrolment: Fee statements are issued in early March.

Note: Failure to pay fees by the due date may result in your place in the program being offered to another qualified applicant.

 

Register Courses

Once you have paid your fees or have made appropriate arrangements, register for your courses online through myCentennial.

  • Fall registration: Mid-July
  • January registration: Mid-December
  • May registration: Mid-April
