Corporate entrepreneurship, also known as internal corporate venturing or intrapreneurship, is the act of generating product and process ideas that will create value for the organization, its stakeholders and its consumers. This course will analyze how a firm's processes support intrapreneurship and the entrepreneurial-driven employee; how intrapreneurship builds competitive strategies within organizations, and the importance of the corporate environment and leadership styles in driving intrapreneurial activities.
