Residence Costs

An eight-month lease will cost the equivalent of

  • $550/month ($4,400/8 months) for a double-occupancy room
  • $850/month ($6,800/8 months) for a single-occupancy room.

note: (single rooms are available but limited).

This cost includes utilities, but not food.

Payment Options
Each spring, residence application forms are mailed out to all first-year Centennial applicants. All applications must include a $250 deposit to participate in the room lottery. We accept cash, certified cheques, major credit cards (Visa, Amex, MasterCard) money orders or debit card in-person.

Students with physical or sensory disabilities who wish to apply confidentially for an adapted room are encouraged to contact the Residence manager at 416-438-2216.
