The above document is a guideline only. Official Fees Statements will be sent by mail at the beginning of each semester.

Registration Information

Step 1: Access Online Services

myCentennial
Fee payment and registration instructions are available on myCentennial, the new college portal and gives all students personalized online access to key dates, academic advising schedules, email, grades, class start dates, loan disbursement information, announcements and research tools – from any internet connection.

You may access myCentennial from the ‘Current Student’ page of the Centennial College website or directly at http://my.centennialcollege.ca/. Your login is your 9-digit student number; your initial password is your date of birth.  (Note: you will be asked to change the password upon initial login).

Step 2: Register for Courses and Build a Timetable!

Online Registration:
You must register for courses and build your timetable online through myCentennial.  You will either be able to select from blocks of courses that are required in your program, or select from a list of courses remaining to complete your graduate requirements.

In-person Registration:
Need help with your program selection?  Academic advising will be available at various campus locations in the weeks prior to the start of class. The academic advising schedule is also available on myCentennial at http://my.centennialcollege.ca/.

Step 3: Pay Fees

Payment Methods:
Your fee statement was mailed several weeks ago.  You must pay your fees through one of the following payment methods:

  • PAY ONLINE AT CENTENNIAL COLLEGE:
    Go to http://my.centennialcollege.ca/. Login with your Student ID number and password.  The user friendly prompt will guide you through the fee payment and registration process.

  • PAY AT A CANADIAN BANK OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION:
    Pay in person, online or by telephone.  Complete the special remittance form on your Fees Statement and pay by the fees due date if paying in-person.
  • PAY BY TELEPHONE:
    Call 416-289-5300.  We accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express

    PAY BY MAIL:
    Complete both sides of the Fees Statement and mail (please allow sufficient time for delivery) with your payments to:

    Toronto, ON. M1K 5E9

  • PAY IN-PERSON AT THE ENROLMENT SERVICES OFFICE:
    Visit the Enrolment Services office at any campus to make your payment by Interac, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, certified cheque or money order.
Other Payment Arrangement Options:

You will choose one of the following payment options when you use the online payment services on myCentennial.

  • FULL PAYMENT:
    Full payment may be made using one of the above methods.

  • OSAP FEE DEFERRAL:
    If you have requested OSAP funding, you are able to defer (postpone) your fee payment providing your estimate total is equal to or greater than your tuition!  You will be required to complete the Fee Deferral Agreement either online via myCentennial or in the Enrolment Services office and pay $130 of which $30 is a non-refundable processing fee to defer your fees until your OSAP documents are processed.

  • RESP PAYMENT DEFERRAL:
    If you have an RESP, you may select this option during your online registration session or at any Enrolment Services office.  You are required to pay a $130 deposit of which $30 is a non-refundable processing fee to defer your fees until your RESP documents are processed.

  • PAY BY DEPOSIT:
    By making a deposit of $350 (of which $30 is a non-refundable processing fee), you may defer the balance of your fees until the first day of classes.

If you are having problems with your sign-in or password please contact the Helpdesk by telephone at 416-289-5280, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. 

If you have difficulties caused by you registration status, holds, payment, please contact Enrolment Services at 416-289-5300 or visit our offices, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. 

Please note that any changes to these hours will be posted on myCentennial.
