It's 2019...

  • If you can’t get your product to my door in a few hours at a low price, and I can easily get it somewhere else, why should I buy from you?
  • What if you don’t have the ability to secure a scale-driven cost advantage – What are you going to do?
  • What are you going to do when Amazon and Uber and the myriad of direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands have mitigated any location advantage you may have once enjoyed?

The answer may lie in a well-conceived customer experience (CX) strategy. Gain insights into how a CX strategy can work with other elements of a refreshed marketing program to support both customer acquisition and customer retention and provide a strategic, defensible position for your business.
