Mukti is a Professor, Executive Coach, & Mentor; the Country Director- World Renew Canada-Nepal. Mukti has been a peace practitioner, educator, facilitator, teacher, mentor, and coach since 2004. Mukti have lived and worked in South Asia and has developed and implemented multiple peace, humanitarian, indigenous community development projects and programs and has supervised peace training for the South Asian emerging leaders and is a founding member of Peace Initiative Network Nepal, associated with more than 397 NGOs, which was instrumental in establishing the foundation of peace in Nepal. Mukti is active in teaching peace and has delivered lectures at various universities in Canada, Europe, and Asia. He is a visiting research fellow at the Centre of Religions for Reconciliation and Peace at the University of Winchester, UK. As a peace practitioner, Mukti also brings extensive experience from the field. He has worked in both supporting conflict-affected and displaced people and later in rehabilitation and reconciliation. He also facilitates policy on internally displaced people affected by conflict. As an expert mentor, Mukti has facilitated several training sessions focused on peacebuilding, reconciliation, conflict transformation, and entrepreneurship. He brings hands-on experience in peacebuilding, international disaster response, and development programs from South and South East Asia, Rwanda, Cambodia, and Haiti.
