Registration and Course Selection for International Students

Registration and Course Selection for International Students

As an international student entering into your first semester at Centennial, you are required to come to the International Office during business hours at your campus to meet with an International Admissions Representative. Your campus will be listed on your offer letter. (Story Arts Centre and Eglinton Learning Site students please register at Progress campus.)

Please note: A hold/block will show on your account until you meet your Admissions Representative.

When you come to the International Office, please bring with you hard copies of your official, original documents listed below so that your Admissions Representative can verify them and finalize the registration process.

  • Passport
  • Study Permit
  • High School / Post-Secondary Transcripts
  • Degree Certificates (if applicable)
  • IELTS or TOEFL final grade sheet (required if English is not your first language)
  • Offer Letter from Centennial College
  • Confirmation of payment receipt or a copy of the wire transfer transaction receipt
  • Original copies of all your application documents
Please be advised that wait times can be long during registration time; mornings are usually lower traffic.

Once you have provided your documents to the International Office, you can login to myCentennial to build your timetable (check registration times) and book an assessment test, if required.

If you have issues building your timetable or have "holds" on your account, you may visit your International Admissions Representative.

Course Selection for Exchange Students

If you are attending Centennial College as an exchange student, you would have provided our office with a list of your preferred courses. In this case, our Global Experience team will register you when registration opens. There will be a drop/add period in the first week of your semester when you will be able to make changes to your timetable.

If you haven't yet provided a list of courses to take during your semester here, you can find a list of all our programs at Programs & Courses. Click on the relevant School, then select a program for more information. Each program will show a list of courses under the Course Outline tab. If you click on the course name, you can obtain further information regarding that course. Please be sure to email sage@centennialcollege.ca with your preferred list of courses about a month prior to arrival.
