Important Notice

Appointments can be booked up to 7 days in advance. If you don't see any availability, please check back the next day for new availability and check regularly for cancellations. Appointments will be done via Microsoft Teams which all students have access to. Click here for instructions on how to use Microsoft Teams. 

How to Book an Appointment with an Advisor


Go to the online booking page.


Select a desired service (Advising - Other or Advising - Permits & Visa), appointment date, time and International Student Advisor (optional). Appointments can be booked up to 7 days in advance.


Enter your personal information (all fields are mandatory) and click the 'Book' button.


A confirmation email will be sent to your myCentennial email. Please keep this email for future reference. 


At the time of your appointment, you are responsible for sending a chat message to your ISA using Microsoft (MS) Teams. Your ISA will then call you via MS Teams for your advising session. Please message the ISAs only at your scheduled appointment time  as they will not be able to respond to messages sent without an appointment.
