Which employees are needed to support Winter Recovery?

Managers to complete this checklist:

  1. Is employee needed to provide face-to-face instruction?
  2. Is employee needed to provide in person support to labs?
  3. Is employee needed to provide in person health and safety support?
  4. Is employee needed to provide in person security support?

If needed on campus:

  1. Manager requests employee to return to campus (completes template letter and/or has conversation)
  2. Employee agrees to return to campus
    • Successfully completes Re-entry Guidelines and Protocol Training Course before returning
  3. If employee requires additional information/accommodation
    • Can contact the HR COVID-19 hotline by calling 416-289-5226 or emailing covid19@centennial college.ca for answers and next steps
    • Can discuss with manager

If not needed on campus:

  • Employee can continue to work from home. (May occasionally be required on campus).
