Tuition fees for domestic students are due Monday, September 21, 2020.
Locker Access – Content Removal
We understand that students may still have textbooks, computers, and other essential items in their lockers that they wish to retrieve.
We will be providing all students with limited access to lockers to retrieve ALL items until Sunday, September 13. Any contents remaining in lockers after September 13 will be removed by Security and placed in storage.
In order to ensure adherence to public health standards during this critical time of physical distancing for COVID-19, students who require access to lockers must complete this request form so that we can responsibly manage numbers on campus.
We ask students prepare as follows:
- Complete the eCentennial Campus Re-Entry Guidelines and Protocols Training Course. Students will be required to provide proof of completion upon entry, so it is recommended they take a screen shot or print the confirmation, as this will be required each time they enter.
- Download the Centennial College Safety Watch app. Students will need to complete the Pre-Screening Assessment on the day of their visit to campus.
- Have your myCard ready – it is required for entrance. Students will be required to tap in when they arrive at security. Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure enough time for this process.
We can provide lock-cutting service in case students forget lock combinations or forget to bring a key. However, we will require proof that the student is the owner of the locker. Students can show us their locker number by logging in to myCentennial, as it appears above the online timetable.
Locker access for students on campus this Fall to complete labs will be assigned manually by the Client Services team. Lockers will only be assigned to students who are registered in an on-campus lab. Client Services will endeavor to assign the locker as close to the lab(s) as possible. Locker assignments should be complete by September 18, 2020. s
Until the assignments are completed, lockers are available for the day only. Students can choose a vacant locker and use the locker for the day, removing all items at the end of each day while on campus for labs.
Schools and students will be advised when locker assignments are completed. Locker numbers are posted on the top right hand corner of each student’s timetable.
There is no charge to students for the use of a locker for Fall 2020 semester.
All fall semester lockers MUST be vacated by the last day of the semester, Friday, December 11, 2020.

Students can write their assessment in their home or any other private environment.
To write the assessment online, all students need is a computer, web camera, and a high-speed internet connection. At the time of the assessment, a live online proctor will provide the necessary software to effectively proctor the test session remotely. After the session is complete, the proctor will remove any remote proctoring software from the student’s computer.
