Book An In-person Admissions Assessment

In the interest of maintaining a safe and healthy environment, Centennial College is offering limited space for you to write your admission skills assessment in the Assessment Centre under strict COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

We continue to provide virtual testing services to students who prefer to take their admission skills assessments from the comfort of their homes. Please see “Book An Online Proctored Admission Assessment” to make an appointment for an online admissions assessment.

All individuals accessing Centennial College campuses must be fully vaccinated. For more information about accessing Centennial College campuses, please follow these steps listed in the Guide to Accessing Centennial Campuses.

1. Book an Appointment for your in-person Centennial Admission Tests

Book your Admission Tests using your access code from your admissions letter. There is a $60 fee for this admission skills assessment. You will receive a confirmation email and receipt of the payment notice. Please follow the instructions on the confirmation email. If you decide to change and take your Centennial Admission online cancellation penalities and additional fees will apply.

2. Prepare for the assessment

Please plan to arrive 20 to 30 minutes before your appointment.

You must have full vaccination status against COVID-19, complete the Assessment Centre Entry Guidelines and Protocols Form, and clear pre-screening with campus security before you be allowed to enter the campus.

You should review the study materials relevant to the skills assessment(s) you will be writing, Assessment Formats, and complete the Study Materials.

3. What to bring to your Admission Skills Assessment

  1. Completed Assessment Centre Entry Guidelines and Protocol Form
  2. Valid government-issued photo ID
  3. Receipt of payment for the admissions skills assessment
  4. You are allowed to bring a bottle of water and a pair of headphones if you are writing the English Admission Skills Assessment.

Please do not bring your own paper, pens or pencils, dictionary or calculator. We will provide you with all the material needed for the Admission Skills Assessment.

If you do not have any valid ID you may provide other non-government issued photo ID (such as other school photo ID, transit photo ID, or employment ID) along with either your birth certification or social insurance card.

Students arriving without proper photo ID will not be allowed to write their skills assessment and will be asked to make another appointment for their skills assessment.

4. After your Admission Skills Assessment

You will receive your results by email message usually within 48 hours after completing your Admission Skills Assessment. Please check the email address that you used when you made your appointment.
