Description: The Baking and Pastry Arts Skills II course is designed to continue to build and enhance the learner’s foundational knowledge in the pastry kitchen. Students will apply techniques demonstrated to develop their skills and prepare pastries and confections designed for the restaurant pastry sector. A portion of the students production in this course will be used the Local Restaurant and Event Centre.
