CRM, or Customer Relationship Management, is a company-wide business strategy designed to optimize profitability, revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction by solidifying customer loyalty. The course will focus on the strategic elements of CRM and the deployment of industry tools to capture behavioural data and perform channel integration and consistency to inform the business and ecommerce strategy.
