In this course, you will explore different communication styles and coping mechanisms frequently encountered in the crisis situation. Customer Service will be the basis on which communication will be measured and the provision of which will create a positive experience for all involved in these challenging situations. Investigate the medicolegal and quality assurance issues surrounding emergency servicescommunications on a daily basis. We will focus on the Government Acts which empower the practice of the ESC as well as accountability and responsibility in their professional duties.
