Description:

Learn the food and beverage service industry’s fundamental concepts, as determined by the National Occupational Standards of Canada. A practical learning methodology will cover the history, significance, and tasting of wines, spirits and beers. Students will also learn to implement a guest-focused approach and further develop their skills in service excellence and professionalism.

Centennial College’s Beverage Tasting Room will provide in-person students with a hands-on learning environment. Online learners will benefit from interactive discussion forums, videos and activities.
