Description: This course provides the learner with an opportunity to develop, practice and refine the communication skills that are essential for work performance in a contact center/business environment. Areas covered include: oral communications in person and by voice mail, writing e-mail and responding to customers’ email. Course delivery methods emphasize practical exercises and assignments and student participation.
