Description: This course provides an opportunity to develop skills in handling in-bound and out-bound calls. Course delivery methods focus on hands-on exercises in a call centre lab. Students are asked to apply keyboarding, communications, computer, and customer service skills to practical, real-life situations and to complete a community project in the call centre. In addition, keyboarding skills are developed beyond the minimum 30 wpm required for graduation.
