Description: This course instructs the student in the principles and preparation of Computer Numerical Control manual programs. Students will learn and apply: Linear Interpolation, Circular Interpolation, Canned Cycles, Cutter Compensation and sub-programming to successfully write programs for a three axis CNC Machining Center. Students will be able to optimize and download programs to the MCU of the Machining Center and set up & machine a part.
