Most college services will be closing at 4 pm on Friday, October 11, and will reopen on Tuesday morning, October 15. There will be no Enrolment Services offered on campus over the weekend but online services are available. Part-time Learning classes will take place as scheduled on the weekend. There are no classes on the statutory holiday Monday, October 14.

Description: In this course, students will learn and continue to develop the necessary skills, techniques, culinary terminology, methods of cooking, applications, common seasonings, flavour builders and combinations in a lab setting, building upon what was taught in ICAM 101.
