In this final capstone project course, students will develop their final food media product. The product will be in their media of choice using research and development input for the concept. The intent of this course is to build a final product that can be used by program graduates in their professional lives. This portfolio kick-start will give the student a base product of their personal choice, which they can market and develop into a food media business.
