This course will build on students’ existing writing skills. Students will apply these skills specifically to food writing contexts such as recipe writing, food and restaurant reviews, articles, blogs, postings using multimedia and social media platforms. Students will be equipped to use words that paint the picture of a food destination or draft a food business proposal. Other writing topics covered includes speeches, presentations, reports and writing for food marketing.
