Description: In this course the learner will be introduced to the various movement/exercise systems commonly found in the spa setting. They will examine the contemporary and historical uses of various systems such as yoga, tai chi, pilates, aerobic and non-aerobic exercise and aqua fitness. The benefits and cautions associated with each system will be examined.
