Introduction to PLC Control

Description

In this introductory course learn about the basic principles of PLC control, different input devices (sensors and transducers), and typical output devices (actuators). The main focus will be on the hardware and software structure of the latest Siemens PLC S7-200 and the new programming software MicroWIN. Prerequisite: EY-102, EL-114, EL-122 or by permission of the department (materials fee included; text extra)
