Description: This course provides an introduction to how to prepare the engineering specifications of a product (object) and describe the production processes required to manufacture it. It is one of the courses required to obtain the diploma in Operations Management. Emphasis will be placed on reading, interpreting and drawing engineering drawings, how to describe some of the commonly used production processes and develop process selection criteria.
